Aegis Logistics Limited said in a BSE filing that the board of directors at the meeting held on May 28, 2019, have considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2019.

Recommended dividend of Rs 0.90 per equity share of Rs 1 each.
