The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.48 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 12.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.06 per cent at Rs 184.72 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 169.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.58 per cent to Rs 162.73 crore from Rs 148.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 56.00 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore versus (Mar'18 Rs 1.50 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.37 per cent to Rs 21.99 crore as against Rs 20.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.41 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 6.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.17 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.58 per cent at Rs 6.95 crore (Mar'18 Rs 7.52 crore).
