63 Moons Technologies Limited said in a filing to BSE that the board of directors at the meeting held on May 27, 2019, have considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2019.

Recommended dividend of Rs 2 per equity share on Rs 2 each.
