The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.08 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 0.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 140.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.44 per cent at Rs 149.53 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 110.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.11 per cent to Rs 139.64 crore from Rs 101.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 8.33 per cent at Rs 0.99 crore versus (Mar'18 Rs 1.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.46 per cent to Rs 9.89 crore as against Rs 9.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.40 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 3.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.95 crore, while Taxation decreased by 18.89 per cent at Rs 0.73 crore (Mar'18 Rs 0.90 crore).
