Bajaj Electricals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 22, 2019 has recommended a dividend at the rate of Rs.3.50 per share (175%) of face value of Rs.2/- each on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
