The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today Tuesday, May 21,2019 have transacted the following:
1.Mr. Pawan Kumar Agarwal is appointed on Board as Executive Director & CFO of Company with immediate effect for a period of 5 years, subject to the approval of members.He is currently serving as the CFO of the Company. He is a qualified CA & CS with diverse experience.
2.Approved the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019 and accordingly, we enclose herewith the following:
a)Annual Audited Standalone Financial Results along with the Statement of Assets and liabilities.
b)Annual Audited Consolidated Financial Results along with the Statement of Assets and liabilities.
c)Audit Report on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company issued by M/s. Viren Gandhi & Co., the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
d)Declaration on the unmodified opinion in the Auditor's Report on Standalone and Consolidate
