ASIAN OILFIELD SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019.

Further as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and our letter dated 1st April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for all Directors, Officers and Designated Persons/Connected Persons from 1st April, 2019 up to forty eight (48) hours after announcement of financial results on 29th May, 2019.
