JSW Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2019 has recommended declaration of dividend of Rs 1 per Equity Share of Rs 10 ( 10%), on the paid up Equity Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2019, to the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
