This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI SBEB Regulations, 2014, the compensation committee of the Board at its meeting held on 16 May 2019 has granted 164925 stock options convertible into 164925 equity shares of Rs.5 each to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries under BFS ESOS at an exercise price of Rs.7454.70 per option
