Petronet LNG Ltd said in a filing to BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2019, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 4.50 (Four rupee fifty paisa only) per share (on the face value of Rs. 10/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2018-19. The final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
