( As on 15/05/2019 14:01) IIFL Holdings - Update On Composite Scheme Of Arrangement And Intimation Of Record Date.

In furtherance to our intimation dated May 13, 2019, the Company has fixed May 31, 2019 as the Record Date for the following purpose:

Pursuant to the Scheme IIFL Securities Limited ('IIFL Securities' ) shall issue and allot 1 (One) fully paid up new equity share of INR 2 each of IIFL Securities for every 1 (One) equity share of INR 2 each of IIFL Holdings Limited and IIFL Wealth Management Limited (IIFL Wealth) shall issue and allot 1 (one) fully paid up new equity share of INR 2 each of IIFL Wealth for every 7 (seven) equity shares of INR 2 each of IIFL Holdings Limited.

Accordingly, the Record date is fixed for determining the eligibility of the shareholders of IIFL Holdings Limited for allotting aforesaid shares of IIFL Securities and IIFL Wealth.

We request you to take this notice under the Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in your records and oblige.
