Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the captioned regulations, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 to inter alia, consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.
