The Board of Directors in the meeting held on 14th May, 2019 recommended Dividend of Rs. 7.00 per share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 70%) on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2019 for declaration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
