Gujarat State Petronet Ltd said in a filing to BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 09, 2019, have recommended the Dividend of Rs. 2.00/- per Share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. @ 20%) for the Financial Year 2018-19.
