OIL INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve (i) Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter & year ended 31st March, 2019 (Standalone and Consolidated) and (ii) to recommend Final Dividend for the FY 2018-19, if any.
