Graphite India Ltd said in a filing to BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2019, to consider and approve audited financial results (stand alone and consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2019 and recommendation for payment of final dividend on equity shares, if any.
