ABGSHIP: Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that trading in securities of ABG Shipyard Limited will be suspended with effect from May 16, 2019 (closing hour of trading on May 15, 2019) as per order no. IA 113 of 2019 in CP (I.B) No.53 of 2017 passed by Hon??ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench for appointment of official Liquidator and commencement of liquidation process against the company.
