Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from Saturday, May 25, 2019 to Saturday, June 01, 2019 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Twenty Fourth Annual General Meeting (24th AGM) and payment of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2019.
