I have examined Share transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers and files and other documents and records pertaining to share transfer facility of Asian Vegpro Industries Limited maintained by M/s Skyline financial services Private limited and share transfer agent for the period 01st Oct,2018 to 31st March, 2019.
