Diamines and Chemicals Limited on Thursday said in a filing to BSE that the meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 08, 2019, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2019.
