The Board Meeting to be held on 26/04/2019 has been revised to 26/04/2019 The Company vide its letter Ref/No/HDFCAMC/SE/2019-20/01 dated April 01, 2019, had informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited ("the Company") is scheduled to be held on Friday, i.e. April 26, 2019 at the registered office inter-alia, to consider and approve audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.

We further wish to inform that Board of Directors at its said meeting may also consider the following:

1. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 2018-19;

2. Matters related to the ensuing annual general meeting.
