Oil India Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the Trading Window closure pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window for dealing in shares of OIL would remain closed, for all ??Designated persons/Insiders" and their immediate relatives, from Monday, 15th April 2019 till 48 hours from the filing of the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019 with exchanges.The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the financial results would be intimated in due course. The Insider Trading Code is hosted on Company??s website www.oil-india.com.
