The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 0.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.15 per cent at Rs 53.56 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 45.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.40 per cent to Rs 50.77 crore from Rs 42.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 200.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.76 per cent to Rs 2.79 crore as against Rs 2.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.26 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 7.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.97 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Dec'17 Rs 0.00 crore).
