The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.90 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 1.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 46.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.99 per cent at Rs 160.74 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 141.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.25 per cent to Rs 151.21 crore from Rs 132.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 56.70 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 0.97 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.92 per cent to Rs 9.53 crore as against Rs 8.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.58 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 23.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.41 crore, while Taxation decreased by 40.00 per cent at Rs 0.33 crore (Dec'17 Rs 0.55 crore).
