The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.47 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 0.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 56.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 39.00 per cent at Rs 59.91 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 39.47 per cent to Rs 55.80 crore from Rs 40.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 39.53 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 0.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 33.44 per cent to Rs 4.11 crore as against Rs 3.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.06 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 14.47 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 163.64 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore (Dec'17 Rs 0.33 crore).
