February 01, 2019.Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that on attaining the age of superannuation, Shri Raj Gopal, IAS (DIN: 02252358) Chairman, GIPCL has vide his letter dated 01/02/2019 received on 04/02/2019, tendered resignation with immediate effect from the Board of Directors of the Company.
