pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of Ace Software Exports Limited, Company has informed all the "Connected persons", 'Directors' and 'Designated employees' and concerned persons that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 6:00 p.m. on February 02, 2019 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 14, 2019.
