The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 9.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 43.08 per cent at Rs 312.52 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 218.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 45.62 per cent to Rs 290.54 crore from Rs 199.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 59.18 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 0.98 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.30 per cent to Rs 21.98 crore as against Rs 18.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.73 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 41.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.54 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 3.43 crore (Dec'17 Rs 0.00 crore).
