The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.56 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 13.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.11 per cent at Rs 132.13 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 128.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.29 per cent to Rs 113.94 crore from Rs 103.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 651.85 per cent at Rs 2.03 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 0.27 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 25.76 per cent to Rs 18.53 crore as against Rs 24.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.03 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 45.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation decreased by 32.41 per cent at Rs 4.38 crore (Dec'17 Rs 6.48 crore).
