This is to inform you that the Board of Directors have at their meeting held today, i.e. January 28, 2019, inter alia, declared an interim dividend of Rs.6.50/- per equity share on 79,14,980 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2018-19 and approved the payment of the same to all the eligible shareholders whose name appear in the register of members of the Company as on February 07, 2019, Thursday (Record date fixed for this purpose).

The interim dividend will be paid / dispatched to the eligible shareholders on February 15, 2019 (Friday).

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 hrs (IST) and concluded at 12:55 hrs (IST).
