The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 192.10 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 170.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.30 per cent at Rs 1,091.63 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,026.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.53 per cent to Rs 784.89 crore from Rs 750.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 12.50 per cent at Rs 7.91 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 9.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.34 per cent to Rs 314.46 crore as against Rs 282.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.76 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 10.38 per cent at Rs 89.67 crore (Dec'17 Rs 81.24 crore).
