Pursuant to the Company's 'Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Designated Persons', the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the period from 1st December, 2018 to 30th January, 2019 (both days inclusive).
