Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is to be held on November 30, 2018, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and recommend payment of interim dividend.

Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from November 26, 2018 to November 30, 2018 (both days inclusive).
