Quarter And Half Year Ended 30.09.2018 (Q-2/HY-2018-19)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2018 (Q2/HY-2018-19) have been approved by the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on 12.11.2018.
Accordingly, followings are attached herewith:
(i) Unaudited Financial Results for Q2/HY-2018-19.
(ii) Limited Review Report of the Auditors.
