To consider and approve the unaudited financial results along with limited review report of the Auditors for the quarter ended 30th September, 2018.
2. To approve the resignation of Mr. Satish Sheth as the Director of the company
3. To approve the appointment of Mr. Anil Mandal as the Director of the company
4. Any other matter which the Chair thinks fit.
