Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of A2Z INFRA ENGINEERING LTD. is schedule to be held on Tuesday, the 13th day of November, 2018 at Gurugram, inter-alia to consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter (Q2) and half year ended 30th September, 2018.

Further in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "trading window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance of the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" from Tuesday, 06th November, 2018 till the completion of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter (Q2) and half year ended on 30th September, 2018 are approved by the Board and made public.
