This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 2nd November, 2018 have considered and approved inter alia:

1. The unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. We enclose herewith a copy of the approved unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon.

The extract of the Financial Results are also being published in the newspapers.

2. Contracts/ arrangement with related party in accordance with Section 188 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 23(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, subject to approval of members by postal ballot.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.00 p.m.
