We wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 inter alia to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
It is further informed that Trading Window would remain closed from 7th November, 2018 to 16th November, 2018 both days inclusive, for the following categories (including dependents).
