This is in continuation of our letter dated July 27, 2018, wherein we had informed that the shareholders through Postal Ballot had approved the resolution with requisite majority in the Postal Ballot Notice viz., 'Approve Investment in the Equity Share Capital of 3M Electro & Communication India Private Limited'.

The Company on October 31, 2018 has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with the existing shareholders of 3M Electro & Communication India Private Limited. The other procedural aspects will follow per the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement.
