Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Allied Digital Services Limited ("Company") will remain close for all the Designated Persons from Monday, October 29, 2018 to Wednesday, November 7, 2018 for the purpose of declaration of standalone and Consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2018.
