Further, we would like to inform that in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed from November 06, 2018 to November 15, 2018 (both days inclusive) for directors and designated employees as defined in the Code.
