UNITECH:The Exchange had sought clarification from Unitech Limited with respect to announcement dated 11-Sep-2018, regarding " Unitech Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Cessation of Mr Kali Charan Agarwal as Non- Executive Independent Director of the company w.e.f. September 10, 2018.". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Whether intimated in 24hrs 2. Reason for change viz. appointment, resignation, removal, death or otherwise;The response of the Company is enclosed.
