Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today have based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Leo Puri as Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 12th October, 2018. Mr. Puri, until recently, was the Managing Director of UTI Asset Management Company. A press release issued in this regard is also attached
