Amtek Auto Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to the provisions of Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 Amtek Auto Limited (??AAL or the Company??) through the Resolution Professional has filed an application before Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana (ROC) for an extension of holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2017-18. The Registrar of Companies on receipt of application has approved the application on the reasons and circumstances stated therein and extended the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) for One Month.
