Closure of Trading Window
'Trading Window' of the Company shall be closed from Monday, 8th October, 2018 to Wednesday, 24th October, 2018 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. It is clarified that 'Trading Window' of the Company is closed only for the Directors/ Officers/ designated employees/ Insiders of the Company as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This is however not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.

Receive information of your transactions directly from Exchange on your mobile / Email at the end of the day........Issued in the interest of Investors.(2) Prevent Unauthorized Transactions in your demat account -- > Update your Mobile Number with your Depository Participant.
