GLAXO:The Exchange has sought clarification from GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited with respect to announcement dated 24-Jul-2018, regarding " GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited has informed the Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held July 24, 2017 has approved and recommended a bonus issue of one equity share for every equity share held as on a record date to be determined. The bonus issue of equity shares will be subject to approval by the shareholders, and any other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals. The Bonus shares once allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects and carry the same rights as the existing Equity Shares and shall be entitled to participate in full in any dividend and other corporate action, recommended and declared after the new equity shares are allotted.". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Reason for change viz. appointment, resignation, removal, death or otherwise;
