We enclose herewith a copy of Audited Financial Results along with Auditor's Report for Standalone as well as Consolidated Audited Financial Results both are with unmodified opinion (without any qualification) for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2018 considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 21st May, 2018.

Further, we also wish to inform that the Board has recommended dividend @ 45 % on current paid up share capital of the Company (i.e. Rs. 4.50 per share) for the year ended 31st March, 2018.
