Ivalue Infosolutions Ltd - Healthy growth with strong cash generation - Company Update

Ivalue’s revenue for Q4FY26 was below our estimates while EBITDA was in-line. The company reported fewer revenue from large deals and was impacted by softer government revenue. Cybersecurity and data center continued to deliver 18%+ YoY growth in Q4FY26. Though EBITDA came in-line with our estimates at Rs 545mn (vs. our estimate of Rs 550mn) margins came ahead of our estimates at 20.0% (lower revenue base). In addition, Cash generation remained strong with CFO at Rs 1.0bn (vs. Rs 0.4bn in FY25), implying a CFO/EBITDA of 80% and an improvement in the cash conversion cycle from 33 to 21 days in FY26. Ivalue ended FY26 with a robust net cash position of ~Rs 2.3bn, which provides an optionality for an acquisition and enhances its ability to pursue large deals. We have maintained our earnings estimates and retained our target multiple of 12x. The stock currently trades at an attractive valuation of 11.1x/9.1x FY27/28E, we reiterate our BUY rating.
Strong revenue growth led by Cybersecurity:
The company reported revenue of Rs 2.8bn implying growth of 20.8%/4.6% QoQ/YoY, below our estimate of Rs 3.2bn on account of delay in large deals from Q4FY26 to H1FY27E. Cybersecurity continued its momentum, growing 19%/27% QoQ/YoY and contributing 50% to overall revenue. Data center and cloud continued to grow at 18%+ on the back of deal wins and enterprise demand. Ivalue added six new OEMs in FY26, with a focus on Indian cybersecurity OEMs and AI enabled solutions. The company has a pipeline of Rs 58bn for FY27E, with a 30-35% conversion rate. Along with this we anticipate annuity revenue of 40%+ for FY27E, which can help it deliver 20%+ topline growth..
Margins to remain near current levels:
Ivalue reported EBITDA of Rs 545mn (vs. our estimate of Rs 550mn) and margins of 20.0% in Q4FY26 driven by lower employee expenses. We expect margins to be near 5.0% for FY27/28E, as the company continues to bid for large deals. The company reported strong cash generation, with CFO at Rs 1.0bn (vs. Rs 0.4bn in FY25), translating into a CFO/EBITDA of 80% and FCF/PAT of over 100%, driven by improved collections in H2FY26. The cash conversion cycle improved by 12 days YoY to 21 days (from 33 days). While FY26 reflected best-in-class working capital efficiency, we expect levels to largely sustain, with marginal uptick going forward. ROCE (ex-cash) remained robust at 44.2% in FY26.
Outlook:
Management indicated that the pipeline has expanded to Rs 58bn (vs Rs45bn in Q3FY26), driven by strong traction seen across cybersecurity and data center segments. Annuity revenue of 40%+ in FY26 bodes well for similar growth in FY27/28E. We believe Ivalue is well positioned to further expand its footprint across India and APAC, supported by a strong SI ecosystem, continued OEM additions, and a proven track record in executing large, complex deals—particularly in government and BFS segments. The company is likely to sustain 20%+ EPS growth while maintaining structurally superior margins—~2x that of traditional distributors—driven by its solutions-led positioning and favourable mix. Any incremental large deal wins (like Aadhaar or GST in the past) could act as a key catalyst for earnings upgrades and potential re-rating.
Valuation, View and Risk:
We maintain our FY27/28E earnings estimates despite revenue miss, as we expect the shortfall to largely spill over into H1FY27E. We have retained our target multiple at 12x, in-line with other distributors. We expect Ivalue to deliver Revenue/EBITDA/PAT CAGR of 19.2%/17.2%/19.9% over FY25-FY28E. The stock trades at an attractive valuation of 11.1x/9.1x FY27/28E P/E, 1.9x/1.6x P/B, and 5.7x/4.1x EV/EBITDA—at a discount to peers despite its superior margins, strong growth outlook, and higher return ratios. We therefore maintain our BUY rating. Key risks: Vendor concentration, margin compression (large deals) and working capital/credit risk.
